I spoke with Mary, she was very helpful. She was professional and confident in her manner. More so she was kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you very much to Mary, she resolved my issue, her help was greatly appreciated as is Paraco Gas Company. They are a big company but still have that small town company feel in how they treat their customers, and that is a GREAT thing, thank you!!!

I contacted Paraco to set up a new account in August 2025. They charged me over $1000, and it took them over a month to finally deliver tanks. The tanks were empty. I was left without hot water or any means of cooking for several days (good thing the temperature was warm or our pipes would have frozen). I finally contacted Paraco via phone and email to have my service canceled, and I reconnected my old propane tanks myself. You're not a gas station. You shouldn't be listed as a gas station on Google maps. It's really rude and inconvenient to make people drive there for no reason. Get your act together and fix your Google maps listing why would anyone buy propane from you if you can't even operate a Google maps listing.

I called Paraco today because I needed invoices for the past year.I was confused as to how to get them and spoke with a customer service representative there; his name was Jeff. He immediately and with ease helped me to retrieve all that I needed. Thank you!
