I had Paraco install 2 propane tanks for my generator 6 years ago. All was good untill I sold my house. Realtor found an open permit a pressure check was never done to close permit 6 years ago! A month prior to finding this they had preformed a safety check said all was good and filled the tanks. So they came back out to do the pressure check and found a leak, shut the gas off told me I'd have to pay and left.
