Great staff. They are very good at what they do. Corporate however, i don't think as highly of. The amount of plasma collected each visit has increased for me by roughly 13.3% but the donation received in return does not increase. 13.3% extra, 8 times a month is 106% more collected which means they get to take and extra donation from me without having to give anything for it. The staff was great as always. They really need to up the pay scale though, especially considering they take 1000ml per visit now..
Overall I’m very pleased with ALL the employees! Each appointment has always been great. • One con that I myself along with many others think and have spoken about during our appointment has been the recent changes on how much we’re donating vs the amount of money we’re making. Payouts have dropped drastically, but amounts of plasma that we’re donating have went up based on weight, height, and hematocrit. The staff at the Morristown location is absolutely amazing but however corporate is a joke they want more plasma but don't feel the need to pay more..I will never donate to parachute plasma ever again...anyone who would like to donate at other places can contact me me I will help rides so you can get better complicated for your donations
