Overall the staff is professional and attentive... just one criticism, Janai, phlebotimist tech is rude and dismissive. She appears angry all the time and if you ask her something anything seems to be annoyed that she was bothered. Work on the attitude Janai... giving a donation is not easy. Helpful and pleasant staff make a difference in the experience and the choice to return.

Professional and yet a family feel only glitch is the lag on their check in procedure but after that it's perfect and staff is very astute on their jobs. I commend them for their professional conduct and intestinal fortitude.
