Excellent place. The nurses are fantastic and friendly and know exactly what needs to be done.
Horrible communication I received two boxes delivered to my house. One was medication and one was supplies I didn’t know if I had to bring them in for my appointment. I called once and the person who barely spoke English told me a nurse would call shortly. No call ever came. I called again and this time another non English speaker told me to not bring the boxes. My hubby has been going there for three months for dressing changes which are going fine. Our issue is when he needed an IV put in. They treated him like a pin cushion. They needed to call the supervisor in to assist. It was a painstaking two hour visit. They kept thinking it was the pump for the IV, when in reality it was the site that blew. It took the supervisor to figure it out. He is not happy, especially when he has to get the bag changed there every day.
I know there are many 1 star reviews here, however you'll notice that those are mostly at the management communications level. My review is for one nurse one nurse only, so far. I will say nothing negative about the lack and miscommunication, which I too did experience at the beginning. Today I had my 1st visit with a ParaMed Nurse in their office and the powers that be sent me to Tarcy. Thank God that they did. She is a beautiful kind caring soul. Very good at her job. Stay away from them undertrained you book restbit and they foget you call and they hang up treated my wife badly
