I know there are many 1 star reviews here, however you'll notice that those are mostly at the management communications level. My review is for one nurse one nurse only, so far. I will say nothing negative about the lack and miscommunication, which I too did experience at the beginning. Today I had my 1st visit with a ParaMed Nurse in their office and the powers that be sent me to Tarcy. Thank God that they did. She is a beautiful kind caring soul. Very good at her job. Stay away from them undertrained you book restbit and they foget you call and they hang up treated my wife badly
I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I was a bit uneasy about going there after reading the reviews. When I got there one of the ladies (shannon) greeted me and was smiling and very friendly. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Another lady briefly came in and was very plesant also. Shannon went above what she had to do to assist me and made me feel quite comfortable.. The place was also clean and I look forward to going back for my next appt.
Walked in for help and the lady was very hostile working there
