I bought a set of small putting green flags for my backyard putting green. I called Brandon to ensure they would be the right size, and he assured me they would fit. But when they arrived, I was disappointed to see that the plastic collar in the sewn in tube was too big. Called Brandon back, and after exchanging a few photos of the flagpoles I had, he suggested that I could simply reverse the poles, top to bottom. I received a sand bottle that had a slight defect. I contacted them by email and got an almost immediate response from nicole in customer service with a rapid resolution of the issue and a replacement. That was one of the most efficient interactions ever with customer service

Ordered flagsticks and flags for our new putting green and were beyond thrilled with quality and prompt delivery. Nicole assisted me in placing the order and was a delight to work with. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! It always seems a gamble to order "blindly" online, but this transaction was a great from start to finish!

I love this company. Their customer service is second to none, especially Alexis Jenkins, who always goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. I ordered some tee markers and needed them by a certain date.
