I have been renting from Bob for 10+ years. He is a great Landpord with a great sense of humor. Anytime I have had any kind of issue, he has always taken prompt action, getting the issues resolved immediately. Just recently, I was in the hospital, and when I returned home, the water heater had burst. I reached out to him Sunday, and as always, someone was here to follow up with the issue the next day!
I sent my boyfriend to go look at a rental and the guy have him applications and saying to call him in the morning. I called him the following morning and this guy was so rude from the moment I spoke to him about the rental. He brushed me off saying he already was accepting somebody's application and their deposit when I showed up to drop off ours.
