Excellent Breakfast.
Pappy's is the best. It's inside theme is the Classic Old Day Oilfields with lots of old pictures and scaled-down oil derricks...very cool. Good menu choices , decent portions and fair prices. This is a family owned business by a very old Kern County family and well worth supporting. Alway good service nice 😃 smiles. One of my favorites is the Chorizo Omelette... a very BIG side note... the Chorizo is made in-house by the owners.
Food was delicious. Could have been seasoned a bit more but thats my preference. The flavor was there. Service was prompt and minimal interactions. Great portions. Atmosphere was relaxed and unrushed
Delicious variety of comfort food style meals. Waitresses are great, cooks are happy and well qualified, menu is diverse enough that anyone will find something good to eat and… they have fried bologna for breakfast with eggs and sandwiches for later-it’s very tasty.
