The manager, "Theo Thomas," is quite incongruous—needlessly rude and inhospitable. In many years of dining at restaurants throughout the D.C. area, I have never experienced such rude behavior from a manager. The food is inexpensive, but the menu rarely changes. Probably the best shrimp i have had . Chill enviroment WOw
My wife and I treated my brother to dinner at Pappe where he savored his coconut shrimp curry and the the lamb vindaloo had the right amount of fiery spice. Their garlic naan is always exquisite. The service was impeccable, and the staff warm and friendly.
