My wife and I had an excellent experience for lunch at the Pappasito's in Richardson, TX. The service was outstanding. Our server, Josh couldn't have been more attentive, polite and helpful. The manager (who told us he was new) was very interactive with both customers and the staff, always pitching in where help was needed. Overall the people and the food made for a wonderful meal. We will definitely return when we are back this way.
