As far as the work and service I thought it was great. The part I was very unhappy with was the fact that I referred somewhere along the lines of 6 people after the 2016 Wylie hail storm and I was supposed to get $200 referral after each person completed work. It’s been a few months now since our big hail storm. We had some damage to our roof, fence and patio cover. Pappas was recommended to us by a friend. We called and Zach came out to inspect. He took photos on the roof and we called our insurance company. Zach was here to meet the inspector so he would not miss anything. Zach was here to oversee the roofing job.
