Food was pretty good as always but service is really starting to be a problem there..very unfriendly second time this is happening..I'm at dots today another Pappas restaurant and service is also a problem here and I have a feeling training is mostly a problem
This is my 1st visit & I am scoring a 3 instead of a 2 because the ribs were tender and nice size. The meat actually had no flavor to it. The Mac n Cheese was water as if it came from a box which also lacked flavor. The greenbeans were cold probably would have tasted better with heat. I am not a fan of Cole slaw I had a sweet taste to it but was just to juicy for my liking. The pasta salad was also lacking flavor as well. I recommend figuring out how to season the food. Always great bbq, we got there at 11, no line.the staff are not that friendly. I went there to eat not to socialize with the workers. Maybe Pappas should have a few English speaking folks would help.
I had the stuffed baked potato with chopped beef, my husband and son had the double meat cheeseburgers with fries, and everything was fresh and delicious 😋
