Pappadeaux was recommended to me by an Uber driver years ago. Recently, i flew into DFW & finally got the chance to visit for lunch. Initially, i was craving the Rainbow Trout, but they were sold out. I went with the Texas Redfish (suggested by my server) & it was amazing! Got stuck in the airport but this made it less of an ordeal. Texans generally dont know how to cook fish but these guys are experts.
Rice was crunchy but crawfish was yummy
