Called from 2pm til 8 and lines were busy, ended up arriving at the restaurant at 7:30 had to wait 2 hours to be seated. Order food and it was cold and after informing the manager and waiter Tyler neither apologized or offered anything in regards to our concerns. For this restaurant to be upscale it reminded me of Golden Corral.

I took my wife on our 11 year Anniversary as this is her favorite place and however we understand things may be a bit different due to covid 19. We were really looking forward to the spinach dip but that wasn’t on the menu, service was great, the bartender was friendly and attentive, I ordered a Texas margarita and alligator bites , the drink was ok and the bites were really salty, we spent $127. We have been coming to PAPPAS for years and this is the first time I didn’t enjoy the food.
