Today was my 1st time and everything was great! Food came out quickly and the server Rochelle was awesome! Will be back soon.
I was told that my wait would be over an hour for my party of 2, however someone walked in after me and because they complained loudly they were offered a seat before myself and my husband. Totally inexcusible and unprofessional and the hostess tried to act like she didn't see us standing there. I have gone to this location for years and have never experienced such horrible service. I will NOT be dining at this location again.
This place is as close to home as I can get living here in georgia... I am from Lafayette Louisiana and I sure do miss the food... Whenever I am missing home cooked food I come here thanks pappadeaux for making me feel at home
It took us 3 hours from the time we were seated to get our food and pay the bill. As much as I like there food I will not be returning anytime soon.
My first visit was a lunch date with my oldest son this past week and I would really like to be able to give Pappadeaux's a full 5 Star rating however sadly I was not that impressed. Prices were high and the food was just okay. I had grilled shrimp and scallops with asparagus, my son had the lunch special which was the halibut. I have had better shrimp at Red Lobster.
