Service Was Awesome
Fantastic service! Delicious food!
Great food. Crawfish étouffée dinner size, I think cost 26.95, was not worth it.
Love the new dinner salad with the BACON crumbles!
Good food and the service was great!!
The food was great as always. However, the service was terrible. We were seated for roughly 15 minutes before we were greeted by an employee, which was odd as the restaurant was not busy and there was a large amount of servers standing around talking. We had to flag the server down multiple times for drink refills, forgot part of our order, after food was delivered did not check back in to see if everything was ok. All in all not a great experience with the staff at the location in Beaumont, TX.

The customer service was just amazing, the waiting was made more comfortable by being able to sit down at the patio. This was an awesome place to eat and I will be returning. I would also like to acknowledge Joi our waitress she was so sweet and her service was outstanding.
Food as always was great, the service today seemed to be lacking the usual promptness that I have been accustomed to for many years here and at other locations. They were not particularly busy. Which is why I don’t understand Having to ask for my drink three times, bread twice. The waiter came back because she couldn’t remember our food order(observed that she wrote nothing down)and then our appetizers were brought out with the meal. For these reason only 4stars.
