Although the menu has changed (once again) and my favorite item is gone the meal was super yummy as always. Mr. Melvin has a fabulous personality and shows outstanding professionalism!!
It is very unfortunate that a good place to eat, lower the quality of food to such an extent, the unpleasant change they made on the menu is unacceptable, THE QUALITY OF VERY BAD FOOD, CHANGE OF MENU, TERRIBLE, IMAGINATE THAT SO BAD THERE ARE, HOW MUCH MONEY CAN BE SAVED BY STOPPING TO GET BUTTER WITH GARLIC AND A LITTLE PARMESAN CHEESE TO THE BREAD, NOW NOT EVEN BRING YOU TO THE BREAD, UNLESS YOU ASK FOR IT, (yesterday I saw several people complain) We will not return and Westheimer's It was one of our favorite places. Good food
I had a hair in my food but my server Byron was awesome he fixed the issue immediately. The manager came over to apologize for the problem gave me free gumbo they fixed my food and it was free! Excellent customer service and the next time I’m in town I’ll definitely come back!
