Thanks for my raw $11 burger. Sitting at home 25 minutes later starving. The patties aren't even thick how could you guys not cook the meat properly? No fries and a raw burger. Great first impression.

You saved my marriage! I have been talking about opening a burger joint with my famous handmade burgers. My better half has always said "your next wife can help you with that". You nailed it!!! This is my dream joint and I don't even have to do the work. Who would have thought The Colony would have "five star" dining?! Keep up the good work!
Had the Chicken Fried Burger & Onion Rings, both amazing! Staff is Friendly & Attentive! Definitely will be going back!
Had dinner there and the food is awesome! Great onion rings and fries. I had a chili cheese burger and it was really good. Considering this is the practice run and they even even officially open yet, I'd say it's going to be a great place to eat.
Great food, great people!! What else can you ask for??? I highly recommend the Texas Cheese steak!
Went yesterday and tried a brat and my wife had a brisket sandwich. Brat was really good with a great Siracha horsey sauce! Wife said her brisket sandwich was only ok. Needed more smoke. Onion rings were great! We will be back!

Noted! The brisket is slow roasted and not smoked but we're going to try smoking it in the cookshack like we do the pork for a few hours before finishing it in the slow roasting oven to keep it juicy and flavorfull.

Gave the place a try today and was more than pleased. Big D burger is absolutely fantastic. Good food quickly, with friendly service.
