Such a disappointment. I've worked as a personal chef and I've been all over the world and I know good food. Especially brisket, hot links, burgers and pulled pork. Fries were the only thing I liked. I'm from Chicago and I know Chicago dogs. They shouldn't do Chicago style. Stick to south Texas. Maybe the menu will improve then. Great burgers and onion rings! Actually everything we've tried so far is great! Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Hope they stick around for a long time.
