just blows you off - radio silent for months

Steve was completely unresponsive when I reached out to him multiple times to complete a project I had already paid him for. I offered to pay him more to finish the small section and pleaded with him, but he only responded once to say he was too busy. Another section of wallpaper he had hung got damaged by an installer and when I asked him to see if he could repair it, he never responded. Another wallpaper hanger saved me and told me that The Paperman has a reputation in town of starting but not completing jobs.

I would not use this company. Steve comes across as an honest business man until you have a problem. We contracted him to paper 5 rooms in our house. Because we are seasonal homeowners he completed the work while we were away and I sent him his payment in full. There was a problem with matching seams in two of the rooms and I have tried contacting Steve for several months and he has not responded. I qam quite sure if he did not receive his payment he would be contacting me. Don't be fooled by his honest guy demeanor.

Steve and his crew are exceptionally professional and honest. Would highly recommended them to anyone.
