No appointment was needed for the delivery. Docks open at 7am. Park at 48th st and walk to check in (check in opens at 6am). Backing is super tight, but a very nice gentleman onsite helped to back in. Took less than an hour to back in, get unloaded, and be on my way.
All drivers....parking on the 48th st...and walking check in..otherwise he will yell at you...
I want to say to the drivers, do not take any load to this company. The shipping manager is disrespectful, petty, and an animal. He does not respect the driver. A crazy person. A narrow place. Ten hours to download. I do not know how the owner of this company employs dirty people to this extent. It is better to cancel the loads and deal with this dirty place.
If you book load from this company be ready to meet a rude manager; and if they say park there means park on door. And take your food with you because they take whole day for loading. Good luck
Made me wait 4 hours and still waiting Definitely will try to ovoid this place for pickup
