This is an enchanting surprise and delight shop. It's whimsically mesmerizing. I believe the owner could create dessert out of flowers. The display windows can put you under a spell. The themes are boldly beautiful. Flowers can brighten any day and every space. I love how this business decorates Harrisburg.
