I love this store!!!! The sales clerks are wonderful!!!! They took time to help me with my purchase and never once made me feel like I was taking up there time. Good customer service is something you don't find much anymore but the ladies at this store go above and beyond!!!!
Needed a speciality item for our wedding... Went in with only a verbal description and the ladies of The Paper Factory found EXACTLY what I needed at a very reasonable rate. BRAVA! First time there. I'm glad I don't live close by because I'd be there way too often. It has a huge variety of things-even thanksgiving decorations which other stores forget about. I was like a kid in a candy shop! Be prepared to be there a while to be able look at the different departments on both floors.
