The Paper Factory is a fantastic store with quality merchandise. There is an entire upstairs section filled with costumes to rent and packaged costumes to buy. They have everything you could need for accessories too! The employees are extremely helpful and friendly!

The Paper Factory is one of our go-to vendors in Olean for supplies for different events through our office, the Office of Events and Conferences at St. Bonaventure University. Amazing store! A very wide variety of unique, interesting items. All of the sales personnel were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store's Halloween costumes, as well as their Christmas decorations.
