Horrible customer service upon arrival. Signed in and after waiting for 20 minutes it was announced to the waiting room that a group of us could go upstairs, where the check in process started again. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to check in. That's 35 wasted minutes of my life. The staff upstairs were apologetic and and very accommodating.
Very nice experience. Everyone friendly and professional.
