Scheduling with Delaware Imaging is a nightmare. The hoops that I have to go through just to get an appointment are excessive, not customer friendly, and their operators have no empathy for the patients at all. Why, in 2025, are we still faxing documents? Please, provide a customer service approach that actually helps the patient to schedule an appointment instead of adding layer and layers of bureaucratic nonsense.
Went to have ultrasound done. No long wait and friendly service.
