I had a very disappointing experience with Papas. When I disputed a charge, the company responded by threatening legal action instead of working with me to resolve the matter. Thankfully, my credit card company and laywer reviewed the situation and reversed the charge, which says a lot. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on equipment and repairs with this company, they’ve lost a loyal, long-term customer. Looked at 3 pieces of equipment and couldn’t fix anything, loligagged around to milk the clock, spent actual time doing nothing and somehow claimed 1.5 hours of labor. What a JOKE
