I had a awful experience with this business. They sent out an inexperienced tech who quoted me for the most expensive part without diagnosing the issue properly. I called 3 other places that all disagreed with the diagnosis, I talked to the vice president who swore at me on the phone and lied to me about the part that needed replacing. They took my money and wont return my calls, blocked my number so I cant even leave a message. Took my check to the bank immediately so I didn't even have a chance to defer payment.

Very happy that our walk in fridge is finally fixed. After over 10 years of dealing with the same guy that used to come and "fix it,” we always ended up spending more and the same problem would occur. So happy we finally found a legit and honest company with great people that does the job and doesn't overcharge. Dustin, our technician, did a great job. Highly recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience with Papas. When I disputed a charge, the company responded by threatening legal action instead of working with me to resolve the matter. Thankfully, my credit card company and laywer reviewed the situation and reversed the charge, which says a lot. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on equipment and repairs with this company, they’ve lost a loyal, long-term customer. Looked at 3 pieces of equipment and couldn’t fix anything, loligagged around to milk the clock, spent actual time doing nothing and somehow claimed 1.5 hours of labor. What a JOKE
