Love this place!! I have never gotten anything there that wasn't good!! The potato salad is the best I have eaten at any restaurant!! The fried chicken livers are out of this world!! I could go on and on but just go try it for yourself!! Great staff also!!
Definitely did not taste like home cooking. We visited there last week and mashed potatoes were "instant", meatloaf was overpowered with barbeque sauce, pinto beans out of a can, burger meat did not taste fresh, and tater tots were obviously cooked in same oil as fish based on the "fishy" taste. With so much of our meal uneaten, we will not be spending another $22 lunch for two at this establishment.

We are so sorry that you were unhappy with your meal. We do make our pinto beans from scratch...never canned. Our potatoes are also fresh; not instant. We never like a customer to leave unsatisfied and are sorry that you didn't give us the opportunity to help make it right.
We ate there a few weeks back. It was great! We would go back in a heart beat.
Excellent home style cooking, reasonable pricing and great staff. Can't be beat for family style dining.
We had lunch there today. Kind of disappointed with the food, portion size and service. We have eaten here before so not sure what happened. Probably will not be going back.
Great lunch specials! Food was delicious! Only regret is that I am handicapped and there is no ramp!
