Slow service both in person and delivery. Every time we order it takes longer than projected. Tonight we ordered at 6:11pm, told 1 hour, called after 1.5 hours and they delivered to another apartment! No one called me to say they were lost, nothing. They said another one should be here within a half hour...
our 1st time I'd give them 3 stars , but Dec 27th our pizza crust was too doughy & sauce was too thick
Ordered delivery tonight. It arrived nice & hot within timeframe promised, but there was an error in toppings. When I called to let them know, I was offered a new pizza delivered. When I said it was too late to wait for that, I was then offered a free pizza next time, which I accepted. I know this pizza parlor is extremely busy and they have humans working - humans that do make mistakes at times, so, although it was no fun to pick onions off our pizza this time, I will continue to order from Papa's. We ordered our pizza at 5:15, it said 60 minutes for delivery. I called for a status update at 6:20 and they said it was out for delivery and should be here in "10 minutes or so". It is 6:45 and there was still no pizza here... I called back just now and she said it had only JUST gone out for delivery and when I asked what they were going to do about it the girl said "yeah well it's been backed up all day." The pizza is devoid of flavor. Their play area may be fun but we could not find out because there were adolescents running over the little ones, making the merry-go-round go the wrong way, swinging from the play structures, shouting curse words and just generally ruining others' time while the staff just turned the other way. We were really disappointed that we wasted money on an experience we could not enjoy in the least.
