Papas on coburg road is a lot better with more helpful kind people. West 11th location is not helpful at all.

We went there today ordered 3 mini pizzas and some other stuff. we got one pizza and our other items and were waiting for our other 2 pizzas. after going up the 2nd time to check how much longer it would be we were told they still had not been started but the manager would start them right away. and he refunded our money. well when we finally got our other 2 pizzas we got them to go as we had already been there nearly an hour and half for MINI pizzas. First time having it. $40 for a medium meat lovers and small 2 toppings was ridiculous. Wait was over an hour. Had hardly any cheese, very dry from lack of sauce. Burnt bottom in some areas which made it bitter. Highly disappointed. I'm visiting from Alabama, and this was the only pizza delivery available in our Springfield area.

Pizza is amazing!! Time management sucks and customer service need a lot of improvement! I was there for two hours with twin 2year olds freaking out! Just bs all together!!
We waited two hours for pizza after being told it was a 40 minute wait. Saw about 20 people order smaller pizzas and get theres made before us. Finally changed our order to go and waited another half hour for our pizza. It was chaotic and seemed like poor management.
