Let's see. We stood at the counter and were not ONCE acknowledged in the 5 minutes we stood there...mind you, I had grabbed my own menu. Oh, and we were the ONLY ONES there. The girl at the counter was obviously on a personal call, going back and forth between two phones...convo in Spanish/English which I understood well. All she had to do was acknowledge us.
