My husband picked up a heart shaped pizza for Valentines. He asked the girl that handed this pizza to him if this was supposed to be a heart and she said “yes, can’t you see it?” Hmm, no it looks nothing like a heart. Shame on you Shakopee Papa Murphy’s for even selling this crap to a customer. Ridiculous!
Last night while eating their pizza I found a blonde hair cooked into the pizza crust. Everyone in the family was done at that point and threw the pizza away. My wife called today to tell the manager what had happened. He offered a half price pizza. She offered to bring in the piece with the hair. How about refunding the entire pizza that was thrown away. Very poor customer service.
