Papa Murphy combo large I called @ 9 PM. Out by 9:30 Pizza sauce was overpowering, it was all I could taste. I ate two pieces and the rest in frig. Steven was my server, a gentleman and he even carried it out to my car. His customer service was great. It is the pizza that was bad, it kept coming up all night. My opinion, the worst place in Salem. My opinion, the food is the worst. The employees are the worst. Especially the manager and assistant manager. I suggest that no one ever go to this Papa Murphy's.
Best pizza in the area, if not the state. As fresh as possible, ingredients of your choice, and ready to take home and put in the oven. The dough is raw, made fresh daily, and the sauce is not "fake", but true natural flavor. Coming from Atlanta, we never had pizzas that you could take home, and put in the oven when you were ready to eat. That's a great feature as it comes out of "YOUR" home oven, hot and ready to serve. Great pizza, great prices We live too far out of town for pizza delivery, so Papa Murphy to the rescue! Staff is friendly and helpful when we go in to the store. Have also used online ordering without any problem. The last time I picked up pizza was for Superbowl Sunday and loved PM's new location and the drive through window! How convenient is that?!! And GREAT pizza to boot!
BadService I recently called in for a combination pizza to go at the local Antioch, CA Pappa Murphys (1/2 Pappas Favorite & 1/2 Hawain). After repeating 3 times what I wanted, I assumed the boy that answered had it right. When I arrived at the store, I was surprised to find that the pizza they made up for me did not include the Pappa's Favorite that I ordered.
