Very poor, slow service. We were going to meet friends. To watch a game. We did get are drinks quickly, but after asking twice for a menu without getting one. Our friend receiving the wrong drink we paid our bill and went to Sammy's. Its a shame too We keep going back hoping the service will get better, it never does. I used to love this place but the management needs to change.
Papa Juan’s is it what it was 5-10 years ago. Much reduced menu…our waitress really tried…long wait for drinks..food was good..margarita like I remember. Just said to see it go so down hill.

This place could be great if you had staff that actually knew how to run a business. I'm a server/bartender. My family sat without any menus or being greeted for over 5 minutes. We finally had someone come over and take our drink order. We got our drinks after the salsa and chips. We waited again for the server to tell us to give her 5 minutes to take our order because she's basically the only one working. She should have put our order in before the group.What the hell????
