I ordered a pizza tonight (the works) it took over 45mins, told 30 to 35 mins, pizza was slightly warm and lacked the presentation we have come to expect from Papa Johns. Disappointed . Called person didn't seem to care, excuse was we are extremely busy.
I had trouble logging on and I called the store. I got a way better deal. This happened twice.
Seriously you can't give me the same price over the phone as online? Can't seem to long in right now so you are going to charge me $3 more for my order? I saw the offer earlier in the day. I made my plans to order pizza tonight. Now I'm home and can't log in. The guy who answers the phone refused to acknowledge the price I saw online. Way to keep a customer happy!
