Horrible, A Hot Mess!!!!!! I have never had such bad service in my life, not to mention I picked up my pizza and waited almost an hour. I can Not recommend this papa John's.
Tonight I would not recommend papa johns. Not the one on Dixie. Ordered on line. It said I would have my pizza delivered between 9:02 and 9:20. I ordered at 7:15!!!!! when I called the store to verify the time she was very rude/ short remarks. Yep that’s the right time. I told her I didn’t want to wait 2 hours and she said ok. I’ll cancel it and hung up ! Seriously. 32.00 order for a pizza and bread sticks. I ordered from pizza hut for 21.00 and a 23 minute delivery. Same order same pizza and breadsticks !!!!! I’ve been waiting on 2 pizzas for over 2 hours now, way over than the time estimated.
Terrible,. Order was wrong pizza was supposed to be pepperoni with half sausage, second pizza was supposed to be chicken with ranch sauce. Called and they sent to write pizzas but there is so much Ranch on one pizza the toppings all slid off into the box. Not happy wish I could share a picture.
Very disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza square cut. Pizza was not square cut bottom is burnt and it looks like Edward Sissor hands cut it. Pieces are cut all different sizes!
I got the new pan pizza it was yummy. We are having pan pizza again this weekend.
