Placed order at 9:08 it’s 11:54 still nothing . Worst customer service ever they tried to door dash me something and it was a tiny box or something cold I have back to door dasher who spoke no English . I spend over 32$ and got nothing technically they stole from me ?awful I called corporate and sent email.

Manager was rude. Said “she had multiple runs” like it was okay that we paid for this. we were told we had to wait another hour and half before we could get a pizza, or get credit. When we asked for our credit the manager gave us a quick“mhm” then hung up. TRASH.

I placed an online order for a company lunch, it was a large order totally about $120. It took almost 2 hours to get here, the driver DID NOT have a mask on, no quality seal stickers were on any of the boxes, and no marinara sauce with the 3 boxes of cheeses sticks we ordered. I called and asked for the manager, I spoke with Stephanie, expressed my complaints and she had nothing to say but I'm sorry I will have a talk with my driver. been waiting over 2 hours for my food!! no call to tell me they were delayed or anything i called and was told at 11 pm my food was still at the place called again the person said its been out for delivery for 20 min now . its 11:33pm now still no sight of them .WORST SERVICE EVER!

ordered a half pepperoni pizza today. Pizza was delivered cold and the dough was showing through on the cheese only side. called the manager Mike and he offered to replace the order but said he had to make it now and send it out and return the one that was delivered and that shocked me that he would want a pizza that had been in someone's house with the corona virus pandemic going on returned to the store. This is how viruses continue to spread. calling corporate

Ordered pizza at 11:05, and was supposed to be delivered 30-48 mins later. 1 AM and pizza still hadn't arrived. we called for 10 mins straight and got through once, rude employee. We then waited another 20 mins, after being told it was on it's way. We called back to cancel and get a refund, second employee was very rude. We were told it would be 3-5 business days for refund, yet it came out of the bank instantly. Worst store and employees. is bad all the way around never on time pizzas, cold ... sad
