Terrible customer service. They use door dash and they dont know how to fix problems. They just put you on hold for 45 minutes. Food that was ordered umm forgot cheese??? So,there's that and who does that??? Only meat and sauce.
Worst customer service ever!! got the order wrong wouldnt compensate us. Kept putting me on hold..waited 45 minutes..not cool Just sauce and toppings no sauce...they would not fix the issue...im done coming to this place, plus they use door dash
Ordered 2 hours before they closed never got my food driver wouldn't answer back or store never again ordering food from here
Just frustrating to order a pizza and when it gets delivered it is both wrong and cold. Every time you deliver with Door Dash, the pizza is cold. The driver came straight here so totally not their fault. I should have just cooked! 😔
Worst pizza delivery I’ve ever experienced. Took over two hours to get a half cold pizza. Never ordering from here again
