1/5 Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. We ordered food from Papa Johns and found a fingernail in our food. Needless to say, we immediately lost our appetite. This goes far beyond simply getting an order wrong. Finding someone’s fingernail in food raises serious concerns about cleanliness, sanitation, and how the food is being handled in the kitchen.
