I ordered 2 pizzas through DoorDash and they weren’t as expected. I called the store and spoke to the manager Rashad. He was SO accommodating and apologetic for the delivery not being perfect and he sent me 2 more pizzas that were EXACTLY what I had ordered originally. Thank you Rashad for being so patient and kind and giving me the best customer service. I have been feeling like all hope was lost for customer service and expectations but you set the bar very high and you’re very appreciated!!
My family tries this place every six months or so because we like Papa Johns pizza. This place has been terrible for the last few years, but we keep holding out hope. This time, every single one of us got diarrhea AGAIN from eating 2-3 slices of pizza each and we each got one of these weird drenched chicken wings that were supposed to be garlic flavor but it looked like a tub of soup. This place should be closed!
Didn't order, myself, but witnessed probably the worst food I've ever seen from a papa johns and it came from this store. The wings were wet? Like, shower wet... They tasted okay, unlike everything else. Ate two slices and threw it out after half the second slice! Just....awful. I didn't order and I never saw the driver, so three stars there.

Papa John's is my go-to EVERYWHERE Else... And I rarely leave negative reviews like this. But never order from here. I don't know why my wings were sitting in a quarter inch of watery liquid, I don't know why the ham on my pizza tasted rancid. By they way, if the main ingredient on a pizza is those canned pepperoncinis, lead with that. I picked half off and there was still more than enough. This is robbery. Never order from here unless you're moments away from starvation and it's the only place. . $55 + tip for inedible slop... read more
