The workers we're so loud and obnoxious. My dessert was burnt and the Pizza tastes it awful. I couldn't hear myself think they were so loud won't go back there again
We ordered 2 pizzas and an order of cheese sticks via delivery. Our order was stolen by the assigned doordash guy. We called and spoke with Andrew at the store who was a delight! They remade our order and got it sent out immediately. Andrew was a huge help and gave us a free scrummy cookie for the inconvenience the doordash guy caused. Andrew deserves a raise. Thank you!
Very impressed with the service everytime! Rashad always has an attentive and friendly manner. Amazing and hardworking. There’s never a long wait and i’m always satisfied with the service.
I had an issue with this location back in January. The GM said they would refund my order, and I received a 25$ refund in a $70 dollar order. I’ve tried following up multiple times and have been ghosted. Love having a terrible experience followed by inept management resolution.
I am definitely biased because I love papa johns pizza but I go here all the time and I love it. The manager is a short little lady who always yells WELCOME everytime I walk in and everyone is always really helpful. Idk...the food is great the workers are great and I never have to wait extremely long. All in all its a good place.
