Horrible service, zero communication! I ordered two cheese pizza through uber eats got canceled twice from different drives I decided to call and according to them they don’t do “gluten free pizza” so why have it on the websit?? I told them it’s ok just do regular I don’t mind they said 10-15 minutes it’ll be ready my uber driver arrives 2 minutes after I finish talking to them. Horrible service, they will cancel your order and don’t even notify you and if you order through the app it will still appear as if your order was still coming. If i hadn’t called i would’ve never known my order was cancelled by them.
This is the second time an order I place at this location gets cancelled and I am Not informed. This time around no call nor email Noting the cancellation because they were out of toppings.
