Pizza was ordered on the PaPa John's website which they turned over to Door Dash to deliver. On tracker saw four driver who were supposedly at the store to pick up my order which had not arrived 1 1/2 hours later. On contact with the store I as advised they are not in control of Door Dash even though they turned it over to them. The order which was reported to be picked up never arrived at our home with no empathy from PaPa Johns. This place is pathetic at best and could certainly use customer service lessons. Ordered a large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. Received a regular pepperoni pizza. Staff did not make it right. I only wanted the difference in cost refunded and they left me on hold indefinitely. If you go here make sure your order is right before leaving and bring exact change. This location thinks the change is theirs to keep. 🤦🏾♀️
I ordered a carryout medium pizza with them last night and it was fantastic! I’ve had issues in the past with other Papa John’s mixing up my order (I always ordered light cheese, extra sauce, and they’ll flip it), but this order was perfect! The service was quick and friendly, I’ll definitely be coming back to them!
The "boss" at this location very unprofessional blames customers for his employees mistakes! Me nor anyone in my family WILL NEVER order from papa johns again we will go to pIzza hut or jacks or blaze I uave a small child who loves pizza and my family members have small children too but we will all be taking our business anywhere but papa Johns... Thank u to the other manager Adam who was actually kind and professional!
