My son wanted pizza for dinner Saturday night, and we chose Papa John's. We get pizza from here once a month or so but this particular experience was the best we've ever had. The person greeting us had to be the sweetest person I've ever encountered. Her interaction with my little boy was so kind and genuine! To top it off, when our pizza was ready they noticed a piece was missing some pepperonis so they remade the pizza and gave it to us. Our pizza had an ant. We called and spoke to a manager who said we’d get credit back on our account, we never did. We called again, a different manager said no. Honestly don’t even want another one from here anyways, but lost 20 or so dollars 🥴
Really disappointed with this visit as I don’t usually have issues with this location. I waited in my car till I got the notification that my pizza was ready, so when I came inside, I expected to be in and out with my pizza. Now I initially wasn’t on a time crunch, but that…quickly changed as I came into a line of people waiting to either order or pick up and order.
