110% Things have greatly improved here! Come try it for yourself!
I ordered pizza today and it was left directly on my snowy front door without any call or doorbell. Unfortunately, the food got cold and wet before I even realized it was there. It would have been nice if the driver had at least called or rung the bell to let me know the delivery had arrived. Hopefully this can be improved for future orders.
