I had an amazing experience at this Papa Johns location! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service. A worker named Saras went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Saras and his team were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming, making it the best experience . I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Tuesday October 6 midnight I called this location for the first time, and only time. A rude Indian man picked up the phone. He was rushing me and interrupting me, quick to end the call. I get it. It’s late, but you guys were still open till 2am like chill. The delivery driver was a polite guy in a truck. No problems with him.But the poor guy had to spam my phone with calls and texts to figure out where to meet me because the first guy left him in the dark. Meh… is this what’s supposed to pass as pizza now a days ?? Yuk. I get that everywhere you go , the quality of stuff is being cut back, but come on, $30 for a sandwich ( which looked like a pizza crust folded in half with cheese melted in between,) and a small pizza that was pale and floppy, and the toppings looked a bit fake ( not sure if I’d call it cheese) soooo disappointing. Won’t order from there again.

My go-to pizza place in Lethbridge. It's always bright and clean, the staff have been helpful and happy whenever I've visited. I like the flavour and texture of the crust (and bread sticks), and how it pairs with their garlic dip. Most toppings are great. They do my favourite take on BBQ chicken, and all the common toppings are good options too. The bread sticks are divine. The one thing I'll never pick Papa John's for, however, is Hawaiian pizza. Everywhere else does better Hawaiian than Papa John's.
