Ordered food for delivery at 7 took them 2 hours to deliver when they said it's be 30 to 40 minutes

Thank you to the manger (sorry I forgot the ladies name), I called with a problem and she fixed it immediately and sent out hot fresh and very tasty pizza!!! Thank you for awesome customer service!!!!
had to order from somewhere else because they do not accept online orders...what's the point of earning reward points for free pizzas if you can't use them??
The attitude of the workers and the manager is poor. Don't tell me I "claimed" to have an email for the Monday special when in fact I do have it and get it every week. The manager couldn't even take the time to get on the phone and help me with my issue ordering it. After about 10 attempts it finally went through with ZERO help. I have been a long time customer but I think I will stick to Marco's Pizza from now on. At least their customer service is much friendlier
