driver took it upon himself to add an additional tip on the receipt. I asked for the ticket so i could sign it he said there wasn't one and I was good to go. I'll post his photo shortly along with my email confirmation and amount and what they actually charged me
I ordered a pizza and they delivered it to my neighbors. When I asked for compensation they told me either wait another hour for a new pizza or get a refund! No free pizza, no coupon, did not even apologize
The one in Duncan is slow, taste gritty don't care for the sauce it is never done did I say too slow, will never order again. I remember it is no good. Needs some good adult to run it right. Dominos and Pizza Hut pretty good in my books.

Husband orders a pizza for him and our 2 kids at 6:01pm, waited till 7:02 to call and see where the pizza was and was told it was made wrong and would be out with the next driver within 10 minutes. He then waited until 7:42 to call in and see where the pizza was at to which he was told that it was lost in the system again and they would remake it...again. Always loved Papa John's as in it's the only place I order pizza from. This last experience was the only bad one I have had in five years. I was delivered a extra crispy pizza that you could clearly see when it was put in a box. I would have rather revived a phone call saying they had to remake my pizza rather than a super burnt pizza. Our bread sticks were picture perfect though so it makes no sense. Our driver was wonderful and super nice just wish I had looked at my pizza before he left.
Food is really good but customer service is extremely lacking. Got put on hold twice in the middle of my sentence, over something very minuscule that could have been solved in 3 seconds. Probably going to be awhile before ordering again.
Ordered online at 855pm on Sunday and waited till 1040pm to call to see where our pizza was just in case they were busy, but no one picked up the phone and we never got our pizza. The online tracker said the order was complete. Not understanding why when they close at 11pm no one is answering the phone and why we didn't get dinner tonight. 1st and last time ordering from Lawton Papa John's
