$13 for a pizza plus delivery for a plain cheese pizza - ridiculous! The quality was mediocre - garlic butter sauce cup was busted in the box, no parm cheee or peppers provided. There was so much red sauce the crust was soggy. We ordered this for our kids and sitter and went out to dinner and paid $12 for a gourmet pizza at a restaurant that was way better than Papa Johns deliver and less $.
1 Star tonight I order from here all the time, but tonight the pizza sucked all 3 of the pizzas we order were bad.
RecommendedOrdered pickup here tonight and was incredibly refreshing to see such teamwork from a hard-working crew of young people. I saw at least 11 mostly teenagers smiling, singing, working together to the beat of some music and having a great time (while still acknowledging all customers). They were like a well oiled machine. Whoever is hiring and training these kids is doing a great job. If it were one of my teenagers in there I would be really proud!
Very disappointed. Ordered online tonight, used a coupon code; with delivery fee, tax and tip my bill totaled $33. I paid with my debit card. When we found out how long delivery was going to take, my hubby called and asked if he could just pick up. They said yes. When hubby got home, he handed me a receipt for $40.63! Apparently they "recalculated" my bill for me, removing the delivery fee and tip, however, since they did not include my coupon code, my bill increased. Ashley the GM called me the next day and was extremely apologetic. It was nice to see someone take steps to clear the error. She definitely won us back for another try. Worst experience ever. If Internet tells you 68 minutes and you call to cancel, don't let them lie to you and say it will be less. I did this and they lied and said 25 minutes. I got there in 45 and the pizza wasn't in the oven yet. They are lairs and I hope they enjoy the money I gave them because it will be the last. This shows the respect that they have fo... read more
Placed order today at 10:45 for pickup at 12 noon. That is 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my order ready. My husband arrived at 12 noon, when the order was to be picked up, and has been waiting for 15 minutes at the store and says it is still not ready. MIssing Cowboy's game. This is not the first time a carryout order has not been ready when it was supposed to be. Boo to Papa John's Little Elm :(
