Worst customer service ever. Waited 1.5 hours then they delivered 1 wrong pizza out of 3. I called to have it replaced and not only was the first employee rude the manager wanted to argue with me and my order isnt being replaced not that I would allow my family to eat it after how i was spoken to.
I am gonna start by saying...It takes a LOT for me to write a bad review or complain in general, and doesn’t take much for me to leave a good review on a place as long as there is good customer service. This was the first time I have ever ordered from this store. Start to finish it took them almost two hours to make and deliver one pizza. The worst customer service experience in have ever encountered there was miscommunication wing my order and I was told by an employee I could be emailed a invoice and that the manager would call when he came into to discuss the matter However he didn't I had to call them back to only be told that he can't send me a invoice I am so displeased and disappointed bc papa John's is normally our choice for pizza but not anymore

Order two large pizza's and got them a hour and forty-five minutes cold. Called into and was offered a resolution, just to find out on the next call that was a lie "the person that told you that was not authorized". Worst experience even with food service.
BEST PIZZA EVER I BEEN ORDERING PIZZA FROM THEM FOR YEARS NOW I NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.
