I came to pick up an order for Door Dash and it was closing time. The staff waited for me in order to complete the order. Not all restaurants do that. Not only did they stay to make sure the order wasnt canceled but they also blessed me with a free pizza that had been made and canceled earlier... it was definetly a humbling experience! 100 out of 10
Great staff. Parking can be challenging here.
Manager just argued w me about giving me a box for these sauces. He had all of them stuffed into the same box as my pizza and it wouldn’t close and instead of just giving me a box he kept making smart comments like a weirdo
I’m extremely disappointed with this Papa John’s on Biscayne blvd . I called to check the status of my pizza, and the employee named Luis hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I wasn’t rude or demanding I just wanted an update on my order. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again unless they fix their attitude and treat customers with basic respect.
