We showed up with a party of 7 on a Wednesday night and were seated almost immediately. The server brought a block set for our younger kids ro play with while we waited for our food and he communicated so well about our order status all evening. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was homey and comfortable, while also maintaining a professional and rustic atmosphere. We only visit Boise about once each year, but this is a place we visit each time.
$11 for a glass of house Chardonnay. Ridiculous
Papa Joe’s is hands-down one of our favorite spots in Boise. The food is consistently fantastic, serving up classic, comforting Italian dishes that never disappoint. What really sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. The proprietor is incredibly welcoming and genuinely cares about the guest experience, and the servers are always attentive, friendly, and efficient. The waitress was nasty,i ask here why you charged me for the sup because when i ordered the food you sad sup or salad , didn't mention was a charge for it , she sad get to hell out of here, this place with this kind of help will go down i feel bad for the owner. And it shows was Friday and only 2 tables hole restaurant. Never coming back
