Have a problem with my washer making noise in spin cycle. John was able to visit the same day I called to schedule. Troubleshot the issue, and recommended that I do not put any more money into the dryer as the motor was going bad. Suggested I put the money towards a new washer. It would have been easy for him just to repair it, but he decided to be honest instead trying to talk me into a expensive repairs. Very professional.

Papa Joe’s Rocks! I called last week when my front loading LG dryer wasn’t getting heat. He came out the same day! Reasonably priced! Thank you!

Super service, super quick. Refrigerator died the morning of a big family gathering loaded with food. Called at 8am Saturday morning, arrived 1/2 hour later and up and running 1/2 hour after that. Thank you for your helpful advice.

I couldn’t be happier with the care and service we received with Papa Joes! Making the appointment was easy and availability was flexible, which was great for my family’s schedule. John took the time to explain everything, and answer my questions. He even offered some great tips and suggestions on a other appliances in my house. I know appliance repair is inevitable, and I will be calling Papa Joes from now on! Thank you!

Incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Above all, they genuinely care about their customers which is rare in appliance repair. Couldn’t recommend higher!!!
